I'm thinking it'd be a good day to put up the rest of the collards..and yank the last of the first crop of rhubarb and chop it up and freeze it. One thing about rhubarb...there will be a second crop.:)

And yet half of the population has their eye on our potato crop...:eek:

I pulled more rhubarb today to try another recipe...since I'm not that fond of oatmeal for a crunch, I found one on Cooks.com that calls for a box of cake mix mixed with melted butter for the crumbles and it was pretty tasty.. It's called Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp if anyone wants the recipe.
