Ah....what a nice life! One of the guys I worked with got out of sales and went into captaining a boat...up and down the east coast..always envied him.. and another cousin lived on a houseboat out in San Diego...she's a landlubber now and really misses it.:)

Greg...are you sure this diatomaceous earth really works..first app was on for about a day before it got rained off. Now's it's just sprinkled again and I just put another application on the taters, cabbage, peppers and green beans. Have you actually used this in your garden? cuz I surely...

Just waiting now to see if it's actually going to rain..got the driveway cleared off of all the sump pump debris and my pile of branches...trying to burn them but am running out of starter paper...guess I should go get some junk mail..*l* I need to put more of that stuff on the potatoes and...

never mind...*l* Think I'll go try a popper! This recipe is a keeper...I can actually eat the jalapenos..tasty...but I'll do the oven bake method as opposed to broiling so the bacon gets all crispy..had to recook a bit.

Just took those jalapeno poppers out of the oven...they do look good too!:)
