It's a Mexican spiced sausage..added some to the ground beef, onions and garlic...think it's going to be pretty good. It should be pretty good in enchiladas and tacos too. Aren't you glad I experiment when you're gone...*LOL*

I do NOT function without coffee...guess it's the norwegian in me..it's a family trait to have a cup in your hand... nope...don't do energy drinks at all...I figure when my body is tired (being retired now) I can go sneak a quick nap in...*l*

When I was a young girl, my parents ran a small cafe and mornings in here remind me ever so much of all the locals coming in for their morning coffee and chit chat...I gather every one has their coffee cup in hand? :D

and a chipper good morning from a nippy morning in South Dakota! And my tomato plants are perky this morning...transplant successful!:)

and it's done...now they look all wilted and not liking the transplant..hopefully they'll get real perky by tomorrow...

Peat pots filled with miracle grow soil and watered...labels made up...time to transplant all my tomatoes..ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Looks like a good day to transplant my tomatoes.....
