he doesn't want a sprinter if he's got no cash trust me i pay $822 for mine. has he looked at how much it will cost to fix? he might want to look at a cargomaxx instead of a sprinter as it uses a 3500 chevy rv fram.

at 300k i would say you got your money out of the van. look for something thats not a sprinter!:D:cool:

lets see had to replace the u-joints at 125k only you need to replace the driveshaft to do that(last year). now i have just had the egr valve and dpf and intake swirl valve. egr\dpf\intake swirl valve total cost was $9137 driveshaft\u-joint was $1100 total cost todate is $10,237 at least...

here is the bottom of my old egr valve :eek:

yup the steallership has been putting in the wrong oil but won't own up to it they said it was on the list but won't show me the dealerconnect list of oils i know quacker state and penzoil both make deisel oils but not low ash oil.:mad: charle's dodge in maumee,ohio

home oos for a week and a half of repairs on the van grrrrr $11k later and almost all of it is emissions crap! replaced the egr valve now the intake swirl valve and now the dpf egr valve $550+labor $180 intake swirl valve $3700 thats with labor dpf{like a cars converter}$3900 + tax and...

i've got the cobra 29 with weatherchannel with a 40watt mod so i can hear 60 to 70 miles out.

guys i would rather have a cargomaxx if it did as good on fuel as the sprinter,and fixing a cargomax's breaks or engine will be a heellll of alot cheaper than the sprinter ever will be.:(
