So true Terry and I'll bet I'm not the only one that gets frustrated seeing examples of this EVERY day!

We were in TX last month during the heavy rain that they are again being blessed with. It just amazes me to watch people take the chances that they do, especially in some of those little cars.

Not to mention the billy-big-riggers that roll in with their jake brakes roaring!
