That should be illegal. There's a good idea for a constitutional amendment: "No tax monies shall be imposed on a given commodity without being spent on improvements related to that commodity, or in the case of harmful commodities, to ameliorate the effects of such commodities". Or something like...

Moved to Braselton last night, to be closer to ATL. Got a Conyers to SW VA this morning. Dropped at 1700 and bought an extra large coffee, then drove 425 miles home. Daughter moving back to Pittsburgh on Monday. Back at it after that.
