    2010 final results

    Total 1099's= $211000,total miles=145000 thats $1.45 for all miles,loaded and empty.In those 145000 I paid out $130000. $66500 fuel and tolls, $ 42500 co-driver and the rest were repairs,tires and such.I also got a 1099 from social security for another 17500.Wish I new where all the money went.

    drive over to TRI STATE and see the perfect drivers area,but no where to sleep.plenty of area to watch tv,do laundry,shower,eat,and run lap tops.but cant sleep in the building,but thats ok,never there that long

    as Greg said,you have to be on with a carrier that does qualified government loads.The DOD is good for 10 years,and will follow you if you go to another carrier

    dont know about vans,but the average expedite load is just 450 miles.A tem can take a load 800 miles and beat the airplanes but coast to coast happens but not enough to brag about it

    Being in a tractor,if my company shuts down,there is not any trouble finding work for my truck. It won't be Southern Pride or Landstar,Their pay isn't high enough for me.
