yes but it sounds like what the owner did was to report the advance as income plus what the settlement showed. so the 1099 was showing the 650 plus the 260 as income the driver got and thats wrong if that is the case

use to be driver relations was devided into 3 team a,b,c with 3 team leaders now it just a zone thing
