Jenny's post is where I would start. Then they can see what their options are. They deal with that all the time. They likely will see more of it as even people with insurance won't have the money for many of the huge deductibles. That is one of the problems with Ocare. No deductible or copays...

If heated by coolant, it is the heater control valve or as mentioned, the thermostat may be bad. If heated by electric, could be wiring, fuse, or a breaker. Can also be a panel issue, but the others that are listed would be more common.

I would go with the equal. They may have improved but we tried the centramatics many years ago and they worked for a little while but road salt/chemicals wiped them out. Just started rusting and leaking the oil out of them. Never tried them after that. Golf balls work the same way although they...

The problem in many cases is that some operate without a plan or are just clueless to their costs. When they haul for that cheap "bottom feeder" rate, it affects the whole industry in a negative fashion. That is the real issue. Not "lets see how cheap we can run so we can get a few more loads"...
