I've read over and over in this forum O/O's talking about the cost of putting a new driver thru orientation, etc. Can someone put some numbers here, explaining the expenses of hiring a new driver for their T/T, S/T or van???? Just curious. When I went thru orientation, I paid for my own drug...

I think it's a great idea!!!!! Running a van compared to a straight truck or a T/T is like comparing apples to oranges. It's a whole different ball game running a straight truck compared to a van. Personally, I'd prefer reading posts just from the straight truck...

I wonder what would happen if when someone was signing on with an owner, and the owner brought out the good ol contract, if the prospective driver pulled out his own contract and wanted the owner to sign that.......:) I imagine most owners wouldn't even get close to one...........and the driver...
