Went across I-70 a couple weeks ago and it started snowing. The roads covered quickly with no place to park.. That was memorable, especially through the ski areas.

If you like scrambled eggs you can cook them in rice cooker also. You can saute some bell peppers, onions and mix with eggs for scrambled omelette also add cheese if you like.. Take some wheat bread and put butter on it or leave it off and heat in cooker for toast.

Oh how I would love to stay at home and have a garden again. I haven't had fresh veggies from a garden since my husband asked me if I wanted to learn how to drive a truck.
