I should have included I was counting and noting the stickers in California only. In CA we were red lighted in at every station for a week. San Diego to San Francisco. Since the 1st we were pulled in to only two stations from NY to CA and back.

In the last two weeks everyone is getting pulled in. Note how many windshields have stickers. Last week at three truck stops I counted 3 out of every 4 trucks with a sticker.

Our team runs 8 3 3 8 hours so the new 1/2 hour break doesn't cause us any big problem. Couple minutes here n there. Hope that's not to upbeat to make anyone sick.

I was under the impression that there are additional monthly costs for the clink. Each character transmitted over the clink is charged. Much like a cell phone data plan. Add up all the dara transmitted and that may be the difference in cost you are seeing.
