The Neil Armstrong museum is in Wapakoneta Ohio. Haven't been there in years!

The Wright Patt Air Fotce museun is also in the Dayton area. It is free and really an outstanding museum.

There is a great museum in Savannah GA that is straight truck friendly. It is the Mighty 8th Air Force Museum.

We have a good friend that lives in the area so transportation was not an issue, but renting a car would be a good way to go also. Looking forward to going back so we can go the the Cowboy museum.

We were stationed at Wurtsmith in Oscoda. It was a great place! I just had a hard time with the winters especially since I am from Arizona.

Lol! Hubby flew in the tail for about 100 hours then graduated to being up with the rest of the crew. I was a cook in the flight kitchen and out on the alert pad.
