    TRANSIT WOES

Plus the standing water wasn't the problem. It was the wake that another vehicle made that shutdown his van. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

    TRANSIT WOES

I didn't think the water would affect the throttle body, that was just a coincidence. But was wondering how these 2 hot running high rpm turbos survived being doused with cold water. If a turbo seal goes bad, it can suck all the oil from your crankcase before you even have time to pull the truck...

    TRANSIT WOES

WOM is the expert on the shudder issue. But can I ask at what mileage the shudder started showing up? And how many miles are on your current spark plugs? I had a shudder but had it repaired and haven't had it come back in over 80K+ miles. I've changed my maintenance intervals since it was fixed...

    TRANSIT WOES

So the throttle body? First mine, then Uncle Bob, then Moot and now WOM. I'm seeing a trend here. Possibly another recall coming up soon! Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

No one I know has ever been lucky enough to fall into the recall vin numbers. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

    TRANSIT WOES

Just now talked to Moot. His problem was the throttle body. They replaced it and he says it runs perfect now. So that's now 3 Transit's in this group that have had to have it replaced. Probably a bunch more that we don't even know about. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

    TRANSIT WOES

I highly doubt that water ever got that high in the engine bay. Plus it's a sealed unit. Be sure and ask if your vin number is included in the recall/service bulletin. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

    TRANSIT WOES

That exactly what mine did right before needing a throttle body. Then Uncle Bob had a throttle body go bad recently. And now Moot is having issues with what I believe might just be his throttle body. Ford issued a recall/bulletin on a bunch of 2015 Transit throttle bodies. Of course mine nor...

    TRANSIT WOES

That's the exact symptoms mine had. Coast to a stop and restart. But it will keep getting worse until you can only go 15-20 miles before it shuts down. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

Hey I only did 4 loads in the last 7 days! WI to GA, GA to Laredo TX, Laredo TX to Tulsa OK and then Tulsa to VA by Dulles airport. But I did more then double what I consider my weekly minimum to earn. [emoji2]. Started back in service last Wednesday and in a motel now in Sterling VA. Sent...

Dog Days of August at CRE.

No hint of transmission shudder at all since it was fixed about 90K ago. Figured I'd change the fluid before it decided to reappear. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

Dog Days of August at CRE.

I was trying to make it to the end of November on the tires. But 4/32 on 2 of them and 2/32 on the other 2. Probably went too far already. Plus Ford price matched the lowest price and gave me a $110 rebate plus 12 months free interest. So $558 with mounting, balancing and installation. Lifetime...

Dog Days of August at CRE.

Wife back from her little hospital stay. Waldo is washed, has fresh oil and transmission fluid and new shoes all around. Went with the stock size Firestone Transforce HT this time. If the wife feels good this evening I'll be needing my horseshoe back by tomorrow morning. Sent from my iPhone...

Dog Days of August at CRE.

Been doing ok even without the horseshoe, just finished my 3rd load since Monday. And last week almost doubled my minimum amount that I feel is good week. Been out 10 days now and if I just drove home, I'd still have had a great short 2 week stretch. Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

LOL. Murray booked me a load to Atlanta in under an hour after dropping. Left the receiver, fueled and was booked 15 minutes later. At the shipper now, freight not ready until 12:00. Nap time! Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums
