I am having an issue with the company I work for. Everytime I try to get a load for drivers we are turned away because of a conditional safety rating! Do any brokers work with carriers who have conditional safety ratings? This rating is killing my ability to find loads :(

I want to find brokers or freight companies that work exclusively with cargo vans (under 3,000 pounds). We are out in Iowa and I am having minimum success finding small freight loads. Is there anyone out there who could give me a suggestion on who to talk to?
