Not a fleet owner, but if you used 20% of the gross per van. That might be a workable number for net income. Having one years worth of operating funds is good. Going to be lots of variables.

We replaced ours at about 130,000, didn’t have them rotated very often. Still got $100 trade in value. Two were at 3/32nds and two were at 5/32nds.

Dropped by that famous shop in Toledo, OH this morning. Have new belts, idlers and tensioner on the old Sprinter. Was booked for Texas, but shipper found a way, to air freight the load. So dry run, Ho Hum..........

Having a good customer base, or at least only one broker and a fixed rate can be nice. Other times not so much, like when the customer base has no freight, in the area one needs it.
