I wouldn't chance one of these things on any year truck- I know guys who have had them "fixed" only to have it blow up again. It's just not engineered very well.

Thanks for reminding me on that one!! I forgot how I fought with my dollies last winter- The gearbox must fill with some water from the rear tire offspray. Load it up with a ton of grease also to displace the water.

I have been doing this comparison quite heavily myself to replace my aging FL70. I tested the KW T300 HDX (Heavy-Duty Expediter) and the Peterbilt 330 which is very similar to the KW. They are both superior quality wise to the FL's and I hope I can cost justify the trade in at this point. I...
