I cant speak for E-1 but at Panther, all they get is the 15% of the rate confirmation sheet, if d-time of any other assc. is added they get 15% of that too.. Panther pays for getloaded(hard to get on there now, since the changes at getloaded), but all in all you have it correct by Panthers program.

I am still amazed at the number of trucks still fueling at the "j" with the huge discount given at TA with using comdata card, why would anyone choose to fuel there...unless absolutly needed. Both Panther and Fed Ex get large discounts there and I am not sure what the others get...if you dont...

I just find it very interesting that with the amount of cargo van freight( or lack there of) that you would turn that load down...but each person runs their own business the way they want to and make choices like you did and sometimes it might work well for them...and then there are others that...

MIFFED?!! No load in 17 days and then turn the first on down over $26 bucks....I am almost at a loss for words on this one....well better yet I am at a loss of words, becuase the words I have for this one would get removed by the modsquad...glad you own the truck not me.

The load count is for a 5 day rotation and will change everyday, and backhauls booked out of that area will also be included in that count. So in theory you can be sitting on a board showing 10 a day and never get a expedite load out of that area, for example...I was sitting in LA showing 10 a...

Turtle, that would have been a response I would have expected from someone who would whine that Panther didnt spend $40,000 and give every contractor a EM home for christmas. Why would they go through the effort to do something for just a slim few of the contractors that use the backhaul...

To answer the original posters question...has the login info been changed..simple answer is YES...someone went in and changed the password about a month ago and blocked everyone from using it for about 4 hours till the powers that be at Panther (Wally to be exact) made contact with getloaded and...

Got to love my Volvo when it comes to locking the keys inside...you have to have the key to lock it from the outside...but I do keep one on the outside if the one in my pocket gets lost (but for $35 buck each, I tend to keep an eye on them)!

Interesting, but why pay someone to do something you can do yourself, Panther gives you the tools, all you have to do is apply them. Take the money you plan on paying her and invest it in internet service(write-off) and with a laptop you can do the same thing...buy you a $30 printer(write-off)...

Dave you dont have to be a bad driver to be put on probation, it come from a lot of different things, last year I had my other truck was put on probation because he got backed into 2 times in one day, when it come to certian things at Panther, you are just a number not a person and things like...

This was an issue that needed to be addresed and thank you council members for doing something about it, I personally wish Panther would have put a little more thought in it and applied some rules to it like they did with first outs....there needs to be some structure in every rule and also some...

Well to my understanding and the last call placed to the relations dept at panther, it has nothing to do with discounted rate load offers, it applies to all load offers, which in my opinion is a bunch of crap, might as well start giving first outs back like candy, I understand in some situations...
