    AAA Question?

I had a GM transmission go out after 1k miles and another dealer pulled it to their shop and replaced it. My only loss was a driver in a motel for three days and meals. Anything happens to mine on the road I call a dealer. Costs more but I know I can get it fixed anywhere.

    Cargo vans again !

Sorry that was a typo. lol! Talk of 600 pd skids, yes that's true and there is still a nitch market, but day after day shippers are asking for Sprinter like vehicles even with one skid. Yes C/Vans will be around forever but most Expediting company's are wanting Sprinter like trucks for ease...

    Cargo vans again !

Well said. People are afraid of a little competition but whats really funny is how scared operators get with new people coming in. Half of the operators out there are inexperienced with van freight so what will it hurt? They don't know where the good freight is, they usually pull the freight...

Is the multi-carrier business model worth it?

I haven't heard anything about that. If you heard those things about the Maxx's your hearing them about regular C/V's as well. Besides why on earth would you want to put a load in one??? Isn't that how you haul Less for More??

Is the multi-carrier business model worth it?

Yeh that's a good point. Flexible is good, cheap is not. When I talk of GM or Ford I'm talking Ultra, Cargo, Terra etc. They are also flexible and cheap to run. I want one that's half RV and half freight hauler. Mine will be differant, it will have a fold out awning and an easy access...

Reagan home razed for Obama parking lot

I had a dream. Quote unquote. Ob was going to trip and fall and hit his pearly whites and that smug chin on every step of AirForce 1. And if that ain't good enough he's going to take his Drag Queen with him.

Is the multi-carrier business model worth it?

I believe you paid 12 grand for an engine. That's about 3 GM'S I think. And a 10 yr old truck, come on Ken.

Is the multi-carrier business model worth it?

You may get 25 mpg in the old rig your driving but I'll compare overall operating costs any day vs. GM or Ford. And paying 75c a gallon more for fuel cuts that even more. I think you have an 07 model. I saw on here someone with a 12 model that paid $1300 for a sensor good grief.

    What about... pets?
