Here's one, even if I have the heater going the upper vents still blow cold air not even warm air.. I also have the problem of A/C blowing warm air then cold air when I have the A/C going.

Only time I follow any FMCSA guideline if I haul a load that I have to placard. All CDL requirements are La d'état rules to lease on with them.

Here at landstar they require a cargo van driver to have class B or A to even lease on to them. How many others carriers require CDL's that require physicals?

I drive a cargo van now, I will only make about 20k extra a year instead of doing 60 to 70k. Which means only working a couple of months a year in the spring early summer.
