The truck stops charge because they know that truck parking is becoming scarce and its nothing more than pure profit. I mean all they gave to do is repaint and put a few cones up low cost there.....it sucks. However I try to get there earlier or I find 3am local time I can normally find a place...

Got dispatched on a shorty yesterday woke up before the crack of dawn so I can make my pu time, was told they didn't have anything till tomorrow morning to ship........waiting for confirmation lol

Personally I think this is a way for Panther to monitor it a little bit more. The catch is when your under a load then they add it to the current run. I don't know if that includes dh or not but if your not under a load then (as it should) falls under the drivers responsibility.
