I finally got ahold of a customer service representative today after being on hold for 2 hours. The cust service associate I talked to said that at one point they had about 300 people on hold. The story also aired on the local TV station about the problems. But I got half of my problems...

Got out of Chicago Heights today at 3:30pm. Picked up a load at UGN and took it to Ceva Logistics in East Liberty, OH. 255 Loaded, but dispatch was telling me there was not much money in the load for anything but the .70 cents. Got two calls earlier in the day...1 load going to Findlay, OH...

Nothing but a bunch of crap shorties here this week. One run for 88 miles another for 134 and another for 109. All Ohio pick ups and deliveries. Might have a run today going to NY, but customer service has to call back.....Hope next week is a lot better, and it would be nice to start the week...
