Could try finding your own customers, having you own authority you can underbid most carriers and brokers and still make a decent rate. This will take lots of hard work though. Lots of calls and visits and lots on subs and pizzas.

I think the problem with dedicated not only trying to find a company, but finding one that pays a decent rate. Typically when they have something so frequent they bid it out to see who will do it the cheapest.

From what I know there is only 2 or 3 flat beds. One of the guys just quit because there was not enough work. Basically you are finding your own loads and running under panthers authority. There is no dispatch that find you loads. Hope that helps
