It depends on how you outfit the van... I am aiming at 2200 lbs. My first trip across the scales put me at GVW 6620. Full fuel, clothes, etc. The GVWR is 9100 on the 2500. 9100 - 6620 = 2480 max legal cargo weight. If I needed to throw out a couple of things, I could get that closer to 2600...
