Of course you're only going to find a few complaints on here because unlike some people not everyone has a computer to access things like EO or the Panther website to be able to call their driver's council reps or even file a complaint thingy on the web. How are those people supossed to contact...

It's the same number they call me on for dispatch and the same one when I'm on a load it shows on a load. lol Never can tell with phone systems.

Got the pm turtle. The number I use use is the normal 800 one on the bills and it puts me through to express dispatch when not on a load. And when I ask for driver's relations they say if your not on a load then they are too busy to talk on the weekend. lol

I never said I couldn't get a hold of anybody at Panther. I said I couldn't get a hold of anybody in driver's relations. You call on the weekends and get regular dispatch and they tell you if your not on a load then call back on monday.

Ok Turtle I agree on the weekends if your not on a load dispatch doesn't want anything to do with you and won't transfer you to driver's relations. So that is where my question comes in then, how do you get through to driver's relations on the weekends when dispatch won't put you through to one...

I completely understand that Leo and sorry I didn't mean to come off as defending myself again, but lately seems I have to with other people on here. Like I said you are exactly right and it's a shame actually that in today's society we can't take people at their word.

Well I guess Scuba and Turtle must have something special with dispatch because I did try all weekend long to get my refusals fixed. I guess I am just the unlucky one. But that's just me and my "more to the story" . You both come off with your high and mighty attitude like everybody else out...

I guess Mr. Scuba doesn't want to say anything about my side of the story now that it's fixed and we are at our correct percentage of 84%! Why is it when someone complains about a new system they automatically get called things and told oh we think there's more to the story? LOL

See now the system finally updated as of midnight and our rate has finally been fixed. Back up to 84% and number one on the board. But until 2pm todsy nothing got fixed. It doesn't get fixed instantly like some on here have stated!

And I also asked her how many days back with this percentage will it show to affect our board position? Do they base it on the last 7,14, or 30 days? No answer yet on that one either!

Ok Scuba here we go some more. Finally got my driver's relations person to fix these refusals at 2pm today and NO NO NO they do not show in your percentage right away. She is telling me now that is takes 24 hrs or more to show in it so we will still continue to be bumped all the rest of the day!
