I was thinking the same thing. Don't tell anyone though cause I don't want anyone thinking I am wanting to live off the distress of others, you know like an attorney or something.

I wonder if a lot of expediters have given up. I don't see as many vans out here as I did, though that is hardly a scientific study. I have started a new income stream to supplement expediting for now, and oddly enough I am profiting from the very store closings talked about in some of these...

I hear in another post we can turn down loads and keep our board position. Seems unlikely to me that a policy that important would change without drivers or owners being messaged. Probably just a rumor.

I just took a 174 mile load from Panther. I was glad to get it. A lot of times I take loads that suck, and they turn into something great. Something here puzzles me though... I wonder why Panther is informing Tristate drivers about this new policy, and not letting us Panther drivers know...

I stayed out til the last minute for Thanksgiving and had all the work I could do. Now that it is not a holiday however...Glad I am making more money on the weekends doing something other than expediting. Hey I have to find some way to support my expedite habit.
