i been through it all with my sprinter, almost 500,000 miles on it, can tell you just about everthing that is going to happen to it and how to fix it, i learned along time ago how to work on it, why are u cleaning the cooler?

dont replace the ecm probabably wont fix the problem,, chances are you have a broke wire somewhere,, i had all the same problems, did everything you are doing and my check engine is still on, it has been on for 3 years now, none of the big name sprinter dealers could fix it, so 70,000 miles ago...

It is a 3 speed. I called webasto and they say the circuit board is bad. Heater is only 2 years old. And the board is $550

yes i cleaned everything, the fan works, it just wont speed up to high, 2 days ago it was surgeing between high and low, it burns hot but only blows on low,, the fan speeds up when i shut it down though,

my wesbasto heater is not working right,, it is the air top 2000,, it is getting hot and blowing air, but is not blowing hard enough, it is not throwing any fault codes, there is no kinked hoses or lines, i can put my hand over the blower and it is very hot but does not seem to be blowing hard...

if i remember correctly, those sprinters up to 2006 were known for the bottom damper pully falling off,, if that happened you will have to put a new oil seal on and just tighten the damper back up

i am in a sprinter and when i am indiana i fuel up in back with the trucks and use my dot numbers to get the cheaper price on fuel. is there any other states that have that would be worth it to fuel out back and get the tax break?

i have an 2007 that was very well maintained, it now has 320,000 miles on it, and me personally i will never buy or own another sprinter, it does not matter how well you take care of it, it will break down and the parts are 4 times more than anything else, then they have to be special ordered...
