Jobs are always the last thing to come back after a recession, Companies will not hire new workers untill they know the economy has changed coarse so they hire temps or work overtime. I would think that charging a fee for here would just chase away one of the most valuable assets that come here and that would be the new poster and the ones who are needing info to get started. just my opinion though
