I run up US 23 a lot and normally in the middle of the night. I do'nt remember exactly what exit it is---somewhere between the 40 and 60( I 96) theres always a city kitty sitting on the entrance ramp. At 75 mph, he has'nt bothered me and I sure as hell ai'nt gonna bother him! Pappy 35 years...
