I am with the King of Corn here too... 5 yrs ago the same issues even 10 yrs ago....and most here are pulling in the same or worse rates! especially if you are with a carrier..there is no money here anymore for this to be a full time venture...costs have spiralled up and income generally...

another 30 degree here.... :) Off to Walmart this morning... need a new inner tube and a repair kit..for my 6 speed tricycle flat tire already after only 1 ride...one of them Texas cactus actually pierced the tire...Ive been pulling them out of my running shoe here as well...

this thing has a propane furnace which is great..BUT ElCheapo here is running 2 electric heaters as hydro is included with rent....why burn my money ?....;)

Whoa...woke up to 26 degrees here this morning...a little unusual for Laredo...these motorhomes are more of a place out of the wind....the insulation is next to nothing.....:)

I watched a big overweight trucker..open his door and lower his dog by the leash and lack out some slack and when the dog did his thing the guy reeled him back up....and NO the dog was not in a harness he heaved it by the lease around the neck... dang!

I guess you had to make some sort of deal... IMO I don't think you should of even paid fpr the cooler as it was included in the protocol to treat the transmission..but..that said...at least you got htem to acknowledge some resonsibilty toward their dealerships actions or inactions...WTG

well seeing we are expediters and NOT truck drivers...a whole different criteria to manage the numbers...you'd have to ask people like Hawk...who actually drives..IMO

I do think Hess and Wilco sale was connected...Speedway I think onlt really wanted the regular stations..and was relieved when PFJ wanted the Wilcos...
