I'd inspect the turbo and see if there's any binding if you put a little side pressure on the shaft while spinning it by hand. Can you get into system protection data? DPR inlet temperature much higher than outlet can indicate an airflow problem.

Those are the transmission cooler tubes. Each banjo bolt has two copper washers, and the adapter fittings above them have o-rings. Is it dripping ATF or engine oil? Oil can leak from above and make its way down.

The booster comes as an assembly. It's pretty challenging to replace.

There are bus bars in the fuse box, reflected in the diagrams. Find which relay or fusible link feeds the bus bar.
