just got qualified at panther..whats next,orientation?

getting ready to go to the panther orientation in about 3 weeks or so.just wondering a few things.like how many days will it be,what to expect,what should we take with like paper work.how long does the back ground check take.will they go over logging,never had to do logs even thou i have a class...
