Dont know how many times Ive picked somthing up in a store and seen Made in China and just set it back down. Made in China has saved me buying alot of stuff. Thus saving me money.

Do the math, 1000 miles@ .77/mi = $770.00 60%of .77/mi =46.2/mi x1000= $462.00, 770-462= $308.00 Is it worth $308.00 for the use of someone elses van on a 1000 mile week?? Or 308x 50 weeks / year = $15,400 / year. I think you would be better off in your own van, If you plan on staying with it.

I think you mis read. If you turn down more than 1 in 4 or 2 in 7 load offers you would be less than 67% You seem to think that is a good Idea. It didnt use to be that way. I dont know about you but it has shrunk my bottom line. Now I run more loads with more deadhead to Net the same as I did...

IMO Its still forced dispatch, If you dont want more than 1 in 4 offers you are forced to take what ever they send you or not get offers at all. Its not like they dont have enough trucks to cover a load.

Maybe He has turned down a couple of loads, and if he turns down another it would put him under 67% acceptance, and they wont offer him anything else unless hes the only truck around. IMO. That is forced Dispatch. As an O/O you should be able to take, or reject as many loads that will keep you...

I should have asked in the first place, What makes you think you need a new one?? I was just thinking on a 2010 do you even have one? Do you have a cable that pulls the Throttle or is it electronic??
