Drove for them back in 2012 for very few weeks.They mico manage everything! They pick the loads and didn't let you choose which loads you wanted.Also they paid by the mile which at that time I was a newbie and didn't at the time it was a rip off. I wouldn't drive for them.

None,doesn't matter truck an't in service till you put it back in service.I always put it out of service during home time,doesn't really hurt you at all cause I can be home couple days and dispatch would call to see if i'm interested picking up a load close to home.

It's either become a trucker or stick to a 9 to 5 job,not trying to be a jerk it's just how it is,your out 2-3 weeks then come home for a few days. I have seen this same question tons of times before on other forums and yet people keep asking this same thing.

On avg I used to haul 5k but lowest I ever haul was 200 pounds,highest was 15k. Every truck I drove was a tandem axles.
