The Trump Card...

If so, it won’t work .
If you think of Tucker's anti-Trump advocacy alone, you are probably right. Tucker is not enough of a political force to single-handedly drive Trump from office. But, if Trump does not die, stroke out, or go so completely bonkers that even his most-delusional supporters will have to admit that Trump is insane and must thus be impeached or removed under the 24th Amendment, there is a scenario in which Tucker might be instrumental in taking Trump down.

Democrats win House and Impeach Trump (expected)
Democrats win Senate (possible) and Impeachment trial begins.
A handful of Republican Senators will be needed to assemble the 2/3 vote needed to convict Trump.
Carlson, his 5 million viewers, and a host of other influencers and voters lean heavy on those senators and the deed gets done.

Trump May Lose the US House Before the Midterms

I just learned US Representative Kevin Kiley of California officially left the Republican Party to become an independent on March 9, 2026. That leaves Speaker Johnson with a majority of 1 in any party-line vote.

Kiley is a sitting Congressman who simply and officially left the GOP. He did not do this because the Democrats did something right. He did it because he felt the Republicans did many things wrong.

One or two more defections like that and its "Hello, Speaker Hakeem Jeffries, and hello, Trump impeachment.

Every day ... and it's working.

Since Trump was elected to his second term, how many prominent Democrats or independents have you seen switch directions to support Trump? How many prominent Republicans have you seen switch directions to oppose Trump?

Regarding the general public, how has Trump done in the polls? What is the long-term trend since he began his second term?

Regarding his mental health, how many people have shifted from calling Trump insane or otherwise mentally deficient to proclaiming him perfectly sane and sharp as a tack? How many people have come out anew to speak out about the cognitive decline they notice?
