The Trump Card...

Apparently we have medical “experts” in here as well as “expert”political pontificators.

Did I come even close to saying I am a medical expert? I think I made it very clear that I am not. That said, my statement stands. Trump suffers from sarcopenia.

I don't need to be a certified meteorologist to tell you it's raining, just like you don't have to be a trained law enforcement officer with a radar gun to identify someone who is violating the speed limit.

If you get to dismiss my observations about Trump's health because I am not an MD, I get to dismiss every political opinion you have because you are not a college graduate with a political science degree.

Dude, you’ve been calling Trump’s physical demise for over 10 years now. Eventually you’ll be right. He’s lived a clean life: No smoking or drinking. Physically active..He’s been the victim of lawfare by the radical Left who hate him. Anyone would experience added stress from the endless harassment. Sitting in cold- azz courtrooms for weeks on phony charges. Extra plane rides to and from court. Most would have cried uncle early on, yet he keeps trudging along. But eventually you’ll be right. Then we’ll hear you fart about how you called it all along.

Now Aluminum

With pinpoint accuracy, Iran struck two major aluminum plants with missiles this weekend. They did this at will. They did this with devastating results. They did this to disrupt global aluminum supply and they were effective.

AT WILL, Iran attacked. AT WILL, they disrupted the global aluminum supply chain.

I thought I heard Trump say we won the war. Yes, I'm pretty sure I heard him say that. Am I mistaken?

It's OK. You don't need to answer. Everything is going to be OK. The world doesn't really need aluminum anyway, and Trump can always send in US ground troops to make things better, right?

Heck yeah, that's it! We won the war before. We won it again, after we won it the first time. And with an acceptable number of dead and wounded US soldiers, we can win it yet again. For that matter, we're winning the war every day! Go Trump! It's like you said, we're going to win so much that we'll get tired of winning.

When Trump is dead, you will not hear me talk much about the poor health he used to have, if at all. You will hear me talking about America recovering from the catastrophic and widespread damage Trump did to our country and the world.

News Source Check

Based on the news sources you use, how accurate is your understanding of the war Trump started (illegally)?

Here's a simple test. It's Sunday about midnight. In the last 48 hours, how many US aircraft (not counting missiles or drones) have been destroyed or damaged by Iraqi hostile fire? And how do you know? What sources are you relying on to know the answer?

On Friday March, 27, Iranian missiles destroyed or damaged a number of US planes on the ground at the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. Two planes are confirmed destroyed; one E-3 AWACS radar plane, and one KC-135 Stratotanker (used for in-flight refueling). AWACS replacement cost is estimated to be $700 million. Stratotanker is $250 million.

Additionally, at least three other Stratotankers were damaged by shrapnel (Iran says 5 were totally destroyed). The US says the three are undergoing air battle damage repair (ABDR) to determine if they can be patched up and quickly returned to service, made safe enough to fly to the Oklahoma depot for major repairs (takes years), or are damaged beyond repair. Reports from the US and Iran about these 3-5 tankers are incomplete and unverified beyond the official sources making the claims.

How do I know this? Having become a heavy AI user, I don't read the news like I used to. I ask my AI apps for news updates when I want them and receive instant summaries. All of them provide their sources on request and if something seems questionable or in need of verification, I'll click the links to drill down and cross-check.

In these days of fake news, images, and videos, and partisan-driven content, I frequently cross-check the "news" AI provides. In the case of the Sultan Air Base strike, it is clear Iran is exaggerating its claims and the US is being slow to release the details. It would be easy for the US to allow journalists in to photograph the planes in question. That has not happened. Instead, the US is downplaying the event and suppressing information release.

When is a Defeat a Success?

The US suffered a major defeat when Iran destroyed a number of multi-million-dollar planes on the ground at a Saudi Arabian air base. When is such a defeat a success?

It's a success if you are Donald Trump working hard to keep the Epstein files out of public view and out of the public mind.

Example, the war displaced the news that a group of survivors filed a class-action lawsuit against the Department of Justice and Google. The suit alleges that the recent massive document releases inadvertently exposed the personal identities and private information of nearly 100 survivors. (100 survivors!)

The full-scale forensic search of the Epstein ranch and adjacent public lands in New Mexico continues. So do investigations now underway by the House Oversight, House Judiciary, Senate Finance, and Senate Treasury committees. It is noteworthy that all four of these committees are Republican-controlled, but a sufficient number of Republicans on them have joined Democrats to press forward to learn and reveal the whole truth.

Details that surfaced from the Epstein files that have been released have intensified congregational and public scrutiny regarding the circumstances of Epstein's death in prison. It seems people want to know more because the details to not fit the official narrative provided by the Trump administration.

News About the War We Won

On Feb. 28, 2026, Trump illegally and unconstitutionally started a war against Iran. On March 11, and several times since, he has said we have won the war.

Recent news about the war we won includes:
  • Destruction of one E-3 Sentry (AWACS) aircraft on the tarmac at Prince Sultan Air Base. (March 27)
  • Destruction of one KC-135 Stratotanker refueling plane in the same attack
  • Damage to at least three other KC-135 Stratotankers in the same attack.
  • Injuries to 15 U.S. service members (5 in serious condition) sustained in the same attack.
  • Total U.S. service members wounded in the conflict now over 300.
  • Total US service members killed: 15
  • The Houthis have entered the war, launching a missile attack on Israel (March 28)
  • Iranian drone and missile strikes on the Shaybah oil and gas field in Saudi Arabia
  • Iranian strikes on the Haifa oil refinery in Israel
  • Significant damage to the UAE's energy and industrial infrastructure
  • Fuel tank destroyed at Dubai International Airport.
  • Coordinated Iranian attacks on U.S. and allied assets in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, including a strike on the Bahraini oil refinery.
  • The Straight of Hormuz remains closed to all ships, except those that pay a multi-million-dollar toll and are allowed to pass by Iran
  • Us gas and diesel prices continue to rise.
  • Deployment of 2,000 soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division’s Immediate Response Force to the Middle East to bolster ground capabilities.
  • Arrival of the USS Tripoli and the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in the region, adding 2,500 Marines and specialized strike aircraft to the theater.
  • Movement of the USS Boxer Amphibious Ready Group from San Diego, which will add another 2,200 Marines to the force by mid-April.
It seems Trump wants to keep winning the war. To that end, he is assembling a major ground force with which to attack Iran. I guess 15 dead and 300 wounded are not enough. He needs more caskets draped with the American Flag, Gold Star families, and empty seats at the dinner table, so we can win even more.

Hopefully when it is all said and done, tRUMP and his cronies will face a war crimes tribunal where justice will be served.

I agree. When the Democrats retake the White House and Congress, or even before, It would be perfectly fine with me if Trump and his band of war criminals were physically delivered to the World Court to be there held in custody as their trial proceeds. That would save the US a lot of time and trouble.

Try watching Steve Bannon’s WarRoom . He has a balanced assessment of the war on his show.

Fact checking "widespread damage" is useless because the term itself is vague. My meaning is nevertheless expressed. There will be many laws to change and executive orders to nullify when Trump is gone. Rebuilding trust will be a greater challenge.

I don't watch much of anything to get my news. It takes time to watch videos and I can read far faster. The filler and tee-ups and time it takes videos to get to the point are torturous for me to watch. I don't have the patience. The ads are a pain too.

The last thing I want is news from someone who claims to be balanced. Everyone has a bias. And for all of us, we only know what they tell us. It's not about getting news from people I agree with. It's about getting the truth as best I can. For war news I regularly check US sources and BBC and Al Jazeera too. Depending on the event, I might check an Israeli source or a Japan news outlet. You get the idea.

I'm loving AI (Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini). I can ask for headlines, or a summary or a report and receive it instantly. Then if I want to know more, I can instantly ask a follow-up question to learn it. If fact-checking or source verification is needed, the apps can be crossed-checked against each other, and the sources can be cross-checked against themselves. While AI is getting better, mistakes are common so cross-checking is frequently done. But that too is a task made quicker and easier by AI.

Q&A

Q. How much time does it take to build a Tomahawk missile?
A. Approximately two years.

Q. How much time does it take to fire a Tomahawk missile?
A. None.

Q. How many Tomahawk missiles did the US military purchase in fiscal year 2025?
A. 22

Q. How many Tomahawk missiles did the US military budget for in fiscal year 2026?
57

Q How many Tomahawk missiles has the US fired in the Iran war that Trump illegally and unconstitutionally started?
A. Over 850

Q. How many Tomahawk missiles did the US have in stock before the war began?
A. That number is not officially disclosed. Estimates range from 3,100 to 4,500, depending on the source.

Q. At the present burn rate, how long will it be until the US has no Tomahawk missiles?
A. At approximately 30 missiles/day fired, 75 to 121 days, depending on the stockpile number you use above.

Q. What happens if the US runs out of Tomahawk missiles?
A. The US would be forced to abandon its "stand-off" doctrine, engage its enemies up close, and thereby increase the number of US soldiers killed and wounded.

Which is True? (Sincere Question)

Some say Trump led Israel's Prim Minister Netanyahu into the war with Iran. Others say Netanyahu led Trump into the war.

Which is true?

Can You Explain This Trump Flip-Flop?

On Jan 29, 2026, Trump explicitly warned that any country selling oil to Cuba would face "massive US tariffs" on their own goods.

On March 30, 2026, after a Russian oil tanker arrived at the port of Matanzas, Cuba, Trump said, "If a country wants to send some oil into Cuba right now, I have no problem, whether it’s Russia or not."

What Sense Does This Make?

"U.S. President Donald Trump said Monday that the U.S. will 'completely' obliterate Iran’s electric generating plants, oil wells and Kharg Island if the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz is not 'immediately' reopened and a peace deal is not reached 'shortly.'"
(CNBC)

Trump just issued this ultimatum. He seems to not be noticing that his ultimatums are regularly ignored. Then he backs down and looks like a weak fool.

Trump has taken several policy actions designed to slow or reverse the oil price hike his war has produced. The immediate effect of his ultimatum was to shock the oil markets and spike the futures prices even higher.

How does any of this make sense?
