The Trump Card...

Workers receiving 3,000 and more back in their pockets isn’t nonsense.
It's nonsense if the claim cannot be substantiated. As an employer, I have reasonable insight into how workers are taxed. Can you tell me what workers exactly will receive the $3,000? Or at least what type of worker? And whoever they are, what percentage of the workforce do they represent?

What $3,000 tax cuts exactly? Until you tell us exactly what tax cuts you are talking about, you're talking about nothing. Since you're not going to substantiate anything, why not say Trump is giving $10,000 tax cut to every working American. It makes Trump look even better.

Also, if so many people are getting a $3,000 tax cut, why does Trump suck so badly in the current polls?

Trump Says "We're Going to Run Venezuela."

I don't know that that means.

Does anyone in this forum know what that means?

Does Trump know what that means? If so, how do we know?

The cuts go along with the
$5000 doge savings and
$2000 tarrif refund.
Of course both are coming in 2 weeks, along with the concept of a health plan.
And of course, We can't forget about buying and running Gaza.

Nah, Dems will vote against it to spite Trump, just like they with did the tax cut bill last year.

Trump Says "We're Going to Run the Country [Venezuela]."
As far as I can tell, the current status is:
  • There are no U.S. civilian officials or conventional infantry units governing Venezuelan cities.
  • There are no US troops of any kind on the ground in Venezuela.
  • While not legitimately elected, the Maduro government officials retain the Venezuelan state apparatus.
  • Delcy Rodríguez was named Acting President by the Supreme Tribunal of Justice on January 3.
  • Rodriguez currently controls the presidential palace, the state media, and the internal security forces.
  • Rodriguez has publicly stated on state television that Nicolás Maduro remains the only legitimate president and has demanded his immediate release.
  • Rodriguez has not confirmed that the Trump/Rubio-claimed conversation with Secretary of State Marco Rubio took place. Her official communications and those of the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Affairs have consistently contradicted the claims made by the Trump administration.
  • The Venezuelan military has not surrendered. They have declared a national state of emergency and remain at their posts under the command of Rodríguez.
  • President Trump stated that U.S. oil companies would "go in and fix" the infrastructure, but no executives or engineers have entered the country.
  • There are no photos or videos of U.S. troops patrolling Caracas or occupying government buildings.
  • The only US oil company active in Venezuela is Chevron. They have stated they continue to operate "in full compliance with all relevant laws," which currently includes the state of emergency declared by Acting President Delcy Rodríguez. They are not taking orders from Trump.
  • Trump said He stated "very large" US oil companies would go in, spend billions, and "start making money for the country." No oil company has indicated a willingness or desire to do this. While Chevron is already there, they are saying nothing beyond calling for the safety of their employees and affirming their loyalty to current laws.
  • Chevron relies almost exclusively on Venezuelan nationals to maintain its operations. Almost no Americans are on the ground doing that.
Related: As a strategy to deflect public attention from the Epstein files, Trump's act of war is working (for now).

Conclusion: While the military operation was well planed and executed, there is no evidence of any kind that a plan to "run the country" exists. Trump is stating his daydream but it's nothing more than that ... a wishful-thinking daydream formed by a president in cognitive decline. The man, bypassing Congress and ignoring international law, is willing to commit the USA to war to scratch his itch.

I provided you the info in a previous post. It’s all right there. Read up on it.

You provided NOTHING verifiable. Just a claim. My question is specific. Who exactly is receiving the purported $3,000 tax cut? If it actually exists, it should be an easy matter to provide the IRS rule that grants it or examples of people actually receiving it.

As an employer, I have received no instructions to change anything in the federal income tax withholdings I am required to extract from my employees' pay. As far as their filing goes, the new tax tables would be published by now? What changes to those can you show that actually prove the tax cut exists. And if there are no changed tax tables, there should be a published rule that Grox can find to prove the tax cut is real.

Without such proof, there is no tax cut and your claim is groundless. You are the one making the claim. It is not my responsibility to accept it at face value. It is your responsibility to substantiate it in a way reasonable people would deem valid.

The current leader has reportedly told the administration they will work with them with the oil infrastructure. As for what that means? The U.S. benefits from from rebuilt oil infrastructure where more is on the market and is sold to other countries. And ultimately even lower gas prices than we have now. Another tax cut thanks to Trump. Oh, an added savings in healthcare from closing the spigot to drugs brought from that country . MAGA

According to Grok.
What you (Grok) provided was not specific, It pointed to nothing a reasonable person could use to verify that the tax cut actually exists. Employers and tax accountants regularly receive updates published by the IRS explaining tax law changes. These can be cited to substantiate your claim. Your Grok quote provided no such cite. If the tax cut exists, should we not at least see YouTube videos from grateful delivery drivers, teachers and others showing the $3,000 of found-money tax cuts made in their favor?
