Can a 12 foot Box truck make any money?

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and new to the transportation business. I have a friend that has a 12 foot box truck sitting and he is willing to sell it to me at a very good price but I'm not sure if I can actually make money with it. I've been looking at box truck load videos online and find that most brokers and shippers want something bigger than a 12 foot box truck. I looked at a few Amazon Relay videos and it looks like they only go as low as 16 feet. Does anyone know if a 12 foot box truck can get booked for loads?

What year is the van/truck?
How many miles does it have?
What is it's weight carry capacity?
How clean is the van/truck over all?

The Tuck is a 2000 Ford F550 Powerstroke diesel with 150k miles. It can carry 10,000lbs. The truck is clean overall.

Go take that truck to a scale at a truck stop and then subtract that number from the gvwr on the tag which will then give your true carry capacity.
