Trying to figure out the best method to pay my drivers who drive otr cargo van work. Any suggestions?

What does your van make per mile. Also who pays for fuel an tolls. My vans make 1.20 per mile. So I pay my driver .80 per mile. Some people think im nuts for paying them that much. At least they know when they get a load how many miles it is an they know how much they will get from me. Also they pay all tolls an fuel too.

Is that actual miles or HG? Loaded and Empty?
