In May the Institute for Justice filed a lawsuit against the state of North Carolina on behalf of blogger Steve Cooksey. The suit claims the state violated Cooksey’s First Amendment right to free speech when it informed him that his anti-diabetes blog runs afoul of North Carolina laws requiring a license to dispense anything the state considers dietary advice.
***** Lets see now: If I give advice to someone that apple cider vinegar is good to drink in a 16 oz glass of filtered water , this can run afoul of North Carolina laws that requires me to have a license if the said state considers this dietary advice. Wow, then millions of families in NC maybe giving bad data to their kids, and how many new agents now will be monitoring this ? So they pick out this Goodsey guy out of millions of people in NC. hmmm the world is more stupid today then yesterday, lol.
