Regulations v Education or Attitude

My question is which of the above would result in a safer driver. Increased regulation, extra driver education, or more respect for the other drivers, who you share the road with.

Best two out of three: Education and attitude. We have about all the regulation we can stand now, if we get much more we're going to have to admit to the rest of the world that we're really NOT the land of the free.

Education, so people know what they're doing and why. Attitude, because even the most educated and regulated driver is a total jerk unless he has a good attitude. Road ragers may have the best education, but that anger issue ruins everything.

That's easy. I don't run for Load 1 but I would say they are treated right, paid right and John has enabled them to have a good attitude. I'd like to see others step up to the plate as well.

Huh?

My dog's overweight, but she's got a great attitude. She doesn't run for Load-1 either, and this comment has as much to do with the OP's question as yours does. Jus' sayin'.
