Chattanooga tn: Yes , Hail , hail the gangs are here, we are having fun , again.

Like many cities, Chattanooga is having their set of gang problems and the good old white boy government is making new laws and on the old beat goes with no settlement in site to curtail the gangs. Laws made for gangs do not work, anyone looked at the prison stats lately , give me a break. Oh , yeah, Mr. Fly n J himself is gonna solve all our gang problems, nice suit there Hassie. Ok, Im in a Mood.

making new laws will do no good if even the old laws are not enforced....the "will" to knock these gangs down....They'll need a special police squad dedicated to limiting these gang activities...constant observation...nail them every time they even J walk, loiter or congregate...Let them know they are being watched 24/7...It will cost money....the money that should have been spent long before....

This just in, Chattanooga tn. Our local officials are going to spend maybe $500,000.00 to study gangs and whatever that means. U know, thats a lot of money. So in my infinite wisdom, just send convicted gang dudes to jails in such places as India, Turkey, and South Africa and see how that works out, sounds good, won't happen will it? I left out Russia prisons, sorry.
