This kind of product should be advertised as such...a by product cut of meat...I would think a person would have a good case of fraud if they paid $25 bucks for a prime steak and got glued meat......at a banquet or such there is no expectation of prime cuts (unless advertised) so there is no fraud.....all the clued meat should be cooked all the way thru...no option of rare or partly rare...
