Have you tried roasting it? Pretty yummy!

Wanna try something wild? Poke whole cloves (the black spice, not garlic) between garlic cloves, then roast it. I put around 15-20 in a bulb. I used it in some salsa I made, and there was a soft essence of cloves in the sauce.Very pleasant! Especially helped since the salsa had pineapple in it.
