Okay, let's say, Obama care is repealed and this country goes back to how it was years ago. Does anyone think premiums will go down because insurance companies don't have to insure for everything under the sun. Nope they'll go up every year, because states will allow the increases just as they do now.

Most states have to approve any increase, therefore, insurance companies cannot just raise rates without the states permission.
