yea well that is already happening. I am posting my truck for sale and going back overseas contracting as soon as I sell it

It would be equally fair and good business practice to stop spoon feeding loads to their favorite trucks. I can only wonder how much I would have to kick back to get on the preferred list.

I would if it was my girlfriend or wife. the truck is a small area to live in when your on the road for 4 to 5 weeks at a time and being the owner I do not want to add the expense of insurance and comp needed by NY.

I have been with Fed Ex CC as a solo driver for just under a year and have had good months and more bad then good. They can not keep my truck moving and making money. I am sitting 3-4 days a week waiting. they keep leasing on new trucks every week but don't seem to give a crap about the drivers...

I checked and in the State of Michigan it only applies to Cars and Light duty trucks, Ellenbaum is also not a member of the BBB so I have gone as far as the State Attorney Generals office. and waiting now for their investigation to finish.

Although I am sure some of you have had good experiences with Ellenbaum truck sales. But this thread is about those that feel they have been taken advantaged of by Ellenbaum. I have recently bought a straight truck from John Ellenbaum and most of our dealings have been thru e-mail until the day...
