That post on the general forum got me to thinking.
I went from New Orleans to Houston on Friday.
That route is very level with few inclines.
The wind was minimal and I drove it at 55mph.
My average fuel economy at 63mph had been 18.3mpg over this same route, but slowing down to 55mph saw it climb to 21.1mpg.
I had plenty of time in the trip so I did a little experimenting.
Very pleased with the results.
