Most millennials I see jump in thinking it’s freedom, then they get hit with cash flow whiplash. Late pays, surprise repairs, broker games, then you’re stressed and you start making dumb choices.

When I was helping run a small hauling setup, the only way it stayed sane was having a system for jobs and billing, I used CurbWaste for that, and it made me realize how much “success” is just not letting details slip. Networking matters, but being organized is what keeps you in the game.
