Wal-Mart makes way for Jiffy Lube - sullivanjournal.com: Business & Health things change.... one of my expeditors friends had been noticing some Walmarts had no oil in the store, plus some of the super stores( new ones) had no service centers for cars yet........

The Walmart in Erie right off 90 has no service because the EPA wouldn't grant them a permit because of the wooded area behind the store
Sometimes there are other reasons.
