UPDATE to OTR warning

As I told you in an earlier message, I had a real bad experience out in Indiana with a garage. I am still fighting this with the BBB and Att. General office and a Lawyer. The problem is bad enough that I want to be sure you are warned. I69 Truck and Trailer outside Muncie, it is actually Daleville, Indiana. If you have problems out there I highly recommend you stick to the Freightliner shops or other garages in that area. I69 T&T overcharges and it turns out they are using junk yard parts. If you are lucky enough to get out of there garage and breakdown following the repair, no need to call them. They do not stand behind anything they do and for good reason. This place is ripping off drivers in need and they hope they get far enough away before all hell breaks loose that they call someone else to fix what they overcharged for and screwed up. If you want more detail just ask and I will fill you in. Stay clear of that place or you will be sorry.

Truly sorry you had a bad experience with this shop! Do you know of a good shop to recommend in that area? We have all had bad experiences at on time or another. You are not alone! I remember 10 years ago when the fuel blend changed right before winter. I was at the fuel island pumping slush into my tanks! The shop towed me 100 feet into there garage and put a couple of torpedo heaters on my tanks, added some additives and charged me 400.00 dollars! Like you I will never forget that shop and neither should you! Every time I drove by that exit I blasted them on the CB for being a corrupt shop. I feel I did more damage too them that way than anything else I could of done.

I do have a shop I recommend in Indiana. They are in South Bend and KOKOMO. Schille National Lease. These are the folks that actually bailed me out of trouble. I had used them in SouthBend a number of times and I finally called Scott out there, told him of my trouble and he said they had a place in Kokomo. He talked to them got my truck towed from I69 Truck and Trailer, put it all together and it has been rolling every since. I highly recommend Schille National Lease when in that area. Great service and great price. Here is something Odd. They stand behind their work.
